The Aurora 413ML6-R0 is a compact three-axis, low-bandwidth RS485 smart vibration and temperature sensor. It integrates a vibration accelerometer, a temperature sensing chip and an RS485 data transmission module in a body of only 21 x 21 x 9.5 mm, and continuously outputs the raw vibration signals of mechanical equipment (acceleration and velocity) in real time, which the user then analyzes and diagnoses with spectrum analysis software.
It is suited to basic monitoring of all kinds of low-frequency equipment. The 413ML6-R0 has built-in time-domain processing for filtering and velocity conversion, samples at approx. 500 S/s, offers seven selectable data update lengths (10 ms to 500 ms), and handles variable-speed equipment and stop-and-go equipment with ease. Data is transmitted over RS485 with a proprietary command protocol, so you can configure the sensor through API commands, obtain the raw signals, and carry out subsequent analysis and diagnosis.
The Aurora 413ML6-R0 is a Level 1 manual analysis and diagnosis sensor. It has no built-in health judgment or alarm function, and is suited to users who have analysts or their own analysis software and need the raw signals. After deployment, the firmware can still be updated through the remote device management software.

Scenario
When you have the following analysis requirements, we suggest you adopt the 413ML6-R0 smart vibration sensor:
- Wanting to obtain the continuous raw vibration signal of the equipment and analyze and diagnose it yourself with spectrum analysis software.
- Wanting to integrate the raw signals into your own analysis system or algorithms.
- Wanting basic monitoring of low-frequency equipment.
- The installation space is small or restricted and a compact sensor is needed.
- There are numerous machines and equipment on site, but the budget that can be invested in the monitoring system is limited.
- The vibration direction of machinery and equipment tends to concentrate on three axes.
