2010 (The) Beginning
The three founders, an application engineer, a software engineer, and a salesperson, believed that knowledge and instruments in the field of vibration/acoustic should be introduced tothe engineering industry in a more open and understandable way to be widely used by customers. So, they founded the texol Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. Since then, we have worked hard to produce vibration/acoustic instruments that allow our customers to get started quickly, and spare no effort to promote knowledge about vibration/acoustic.
2010 Cooperation with National Instrument (NI)
At the beginning of establishment, texol selected National Instruments (NI) as the sole supplier of DAQ and quickly became a qualified system integrator in the field of vibration and noise for National Instruments.
2011 Launch Spectrum Analysis Software DynaView 1.0.0 / Produgator 1.0.0 / iNavi 1.0.0
At the beginning of the year, texol launched the general application spectrum analysis software DynaView 1.0.0. Customers can use DynaView measurement to analyze the structural dynamic characteristics and vibration/acoustic of the prototype during the product development stage.
In the middle of the year, texol launched Produgator 1.0.0, a spectrum analysis software dedicated to line inspection, which allows customers to quickly import into production lines, detect product structure dynamic characteristics and vibration noise phenomenon during mass production.
At the end of the year, texol launched iNavi 1.0.0, a monitoring-specific spectrum analysis software. Customers can use iNavi to perform vibration monitoring in important process equipment or factory equipment,and replace or repair the damage on early stage,reducing the loss caused when equipment breaks down without warning.
Our vision is that customers can use DynaView to study the vibration/acoustic quality control conditions of products or equipment, and set this condition to Produgator or iNavi, so that the quality of the product can be quickly detected in the production line, or quickly be monitored, and warn the equipment.
2012 Launch PD1000/PD1001 Automated Natural FrequencyDetection System
texol introduced Produgator's first production line application, the natural frequency detection system for car brake discs. Produgator can communicate smoothly with Mitsubishi, Omron PLC in the production line to achieve fully automated inspection needs.
2016 Launch Spectrum Analysis Software DynaView / Dynagator / DynaMon
texol has launched new versions of DynaView, Produgator and iNavi the functions are gradually becoming complete, and the data format integration between the three is completed. Produgator changed its name to Dynagator and iNavi changed its name to DynaMon. At this point, the signals monitored by Dynagator and DynaMon acquired in the production line and the device can be sent back to DynaView for post-processing analysis.
2016 Cooperation with Advantech
Dynagator and DynaMon have begun supporting the Advantech's full range of DAQ cards, offering customers a wider range of options, which significantly reduces the cost barriers for customers to introduce spectrum analysis equipment.
DynaMon integrates with Advantech SCADA WebAccess to form a complete vibration monitoring solution.
2017 Cooperation with Adlink
DynaView, Dynagator and DynaMon have begun supporting Adlink DAQ cards, providing customers with more choices, whichsignificantly reduces the cost barriers for customers to import spectrum analysis equipment.
