It includes the real-time time domain analysis and spectrum analysis functions required for the drop test, and the signal post-processing analysis function. For example, Duration, Peak, Average, ΔV and shock response spectrum prediction analysis (SRS Analysis) and so on.
The DV3002 Shock Responce Analysis Module can automatically calculate the time width (Duration), maximum response amplitude (Peak), average response amplitude (Average), and response energy (ΔV) of the vibration response signal in the drop test, and it can also respond to the vibration. The signal is subjected to SRS Analysis to predict the possible motion behavior of components of different natural frequencies at the measurement point when experiencing the falling vibration. The results of this analysis can be provided to your component supplier as a design reference. All analysis functions can be observed immediately in the experiment, and you can also use them onthe post-processing stage. The DV3002 Shock response Analysis Module can automatically calculate the time width (Duration), maximum response amplitude (Peak), average response amplitude (Average), and response energy (ΔV) of the vibration response signal in the impact test, as well as the vibration response signal. A shock response spectrum analysis (SRS Analysis) is performed to predict the possible motion behavior of components of different natural frequencies at the measurement point when experiencing the falling vibration.
The shock wave type can be a half-sine wave or a square wave. Depending on the type, the DV3002 shock response analysis module will adjust the analysis result. The results of this analysis can be provided to your component supplier as a design reference. All analysis functions can be observed immediately in the experiment, and you can also use them in the post-processing stage.
Scenario
When you have the following analysis requirements, we suggest you adopt the DV3002 Shock Response Analysis Module.
- Perform a drop or impact tests on the structure and analyze the dynamic behavior of the impacted structure itself.
- Perform a drop or impact tests on the structure and predict the dynamic behavior of the component at different resonant frequencies ofthe impact structure as it experiences a fall.
Case Study
Consumer product Shock and Vib test
- Perform a drop test on the server case, analyze its dynamic behavior, and predict the dynamic behavior of the hard disk on the crash.
- The half-sine wave or a square wave impact test of the server casing is carried out to analyze its dynamic behavior and predict the dynamic behavior of the hard disk on the hard disk.
