It can be applied to the Equipment of non-steady operation, such as manipulators and handling robots in factories. When the equipment starts to run, the DM2000 series unsteady operation equipment supervision instrument is triggered by the vibration signal to start the operation analysis; when the equipment stops running, the DM2000 also stops the analysis and will not send invalid analysis data.
The DM2000 performs time domain analysis, FFT spectrum analysis, and order analysis on the vibration signal to calculate the performance of the overall vibration energy and the vibration energy characteristics of various part damage modes. You can customize the amount of energy that can be accepted by each damage mode. When the energy characteristic of a damage mode exceeds the set upper limit, the DM2000 automatically sends a warning. When the operating speed of the device changes, the DM2000 will automatically search for the frequency band of the component corresponding to the component vibration and recalculate the energy characteristics to avoid false positives. The analysis results are uploaded to the cloud or SCADA system through protocols such as Modbus over Ethernet or MQTT. You can know the running status of the device from the remote end and pre-schedule the device maintenance schedule.
The DM2000 Series periodically stores high-speed vibration signals. When the energy characteristics of the damage mode exceed the set upper limit, the vibration signals are also stored synchronously. You can analyze them using the DynaView DV2001 Basic Spectrum Analysis Module or the DV2002 Rotary Machinery Advanced Analysis Module.
Scenario
When you have the following diagnosis requirements, we suggest you adopt theDM2000 Unsteady-state machines monitoring instrument.
- wanting to Know the health status of the field device, and whether there are assembly or parts damage problems in real time.
- wanting to Estimate the appropriate repair time for field devices.
- wanting toUnderstand the relationship between device health and manufacturing yield through big data analysis.
Model
The DM2000 Unsteady-state machines monitoring instrument use a variety of four-channel and eight-channel dynamic signal capture cards to form a variety of channels, which is depending on the deployment requirements of the site.
