The four-channel equipment health monitoring instrument can simultaneously collect vibration signals from four locations. It is suitable for the monitoring of stable and continuous operation equipment, such as cooling water pumps, pure water pumps, vacuum pumps, exhaust fans and other similar operating modes in the factory.

The DM1041 uses the Adlink MCM-100 DAQ, equipped with DynaMon monitoring software for edge calculation, continuously extracts ultra-high-speed vibration signals from the device, performs time domain analysis, FFT spectrum analysis and order analysis on the vibration signals, and calculates the performance of the overall vibration energy and the vibration energy characteristics of various parts damage modes. When the operating speed of the device changes, the DM1041 will automatically search for the frequency band of the component corresponding to the component vibration and recalculate the energy characteristics to avoid false positives.

You can customize the amount of energy acceptable for each damage mode. When the energy characteristic of a damage mode exceeds the set upper limit, the DM1041 automatically alerts. The analysis results can be uploaded to the cloud or SCADA system by wired or wireless communication through protocols such as Modbus over Ethernet or MQTT. You can know the running status of the device from the remote end and pre-schedule the device maintenance schedule.

DM1041 periodically stores high-speed vibration signals. When the energy characteristics of the damage mode exceed the set upper limit, the vibration signals are also stored synchronously. You can use the DynaView DV2001 Basic Spectrum Analysis Module or the DV2002 Rotary Machinery Advanced Analysis Module to analyze them by yourself. You can also play the vibration signals stored in the field with the speakers, and you can hear the actual sound of the equipment without visiting the site.
